On October 3, 2022, California Oregon Broadcasting, Inc., Licensee of KOTI-DT, Channel 13, operating on a frequency of 210 MHz, Klamath Falls, Oregon, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for renewal of its broadcast license.  Members of the public wishing to view the application or obtain information about how to file comments and petitions on the application can visit publicfiles.fcc.gov and search in KOTI-DT’s public files.
