New poll shows tight race for Oregon Governor

OREGON STATE POLITICSSalem, Ore. — A new poll released by Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Bud Pierce’s campaign shows Dr. Pierce and Governor Kate Brown are neck and neck.

The numbers were released by his campaign staff this Thursday morning.

The graph shows the governor holds 39.31% of the state’s support, with Dr. Bud Pierce at 36.8%. Another 23.89% sit undecided on the graph.

Pierce beat out all other Republican candidates for governor by a wide margin during the May primary.

According to the Pierce Campaign, the poll was conducted by ‘Action Solutions’, an Oregon-based firm that conducted the poll of 600 random Oregon voters on June 1st and 2nd. The margin of error is 5.7%.
