The Super Positive Video Contest is back! KOBI-TV NBC5 is teaming up with Josephine County Prevention again this year to reward teens who produce creative videos highlighting positive messages with scholarships. This year we are adding a category for teachers, too!
How to enter: Create an original video production of :30 (thirty-seconds) in length that conveys a message about the value of having a clear mind – free of any substance – and address one of the following seven (7) topics: Believe in yourself, Never give up, Be grateful, Work hard, Stay humble, Be kind, and Keep smiling. You can submit more than one entry, but each entry will be judged solely on its own merits.
Entries accepted through 11:59pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
PRIZES: For entrants between 15 and 18, a total of $6,000 in scholarships will be awarded to the winning entrants. First place: $3,000. Second place: $2,000. Third place: $1,000. For teachers, a total of $3,000 will be awarded to the teacher’s school, with three (3) $1,000 prizes.
