O’Brien, Ore.- A suspect in the shooting death of a Josephine County man has been arrested in California.
Police say Lieth Samir Mohammad, 29, shot and killed 25-year-old Jason George at a home on Waldo Road on Friday, Nov. 4. Police say it happened as Mohammad was attempting to break into the home.
Mohammad was arrested by Burbank officers on Tuesday. He is being held on charges of aggravated murder, murder, burglary, robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Mohammad is being held in the Los Angeles County Jail pending extradition to Josephine County.
