Temperatures will continue to cool down into this weekend.  Our first system moves in later tonight into Saturday morning.  A few showers will be possible west of the Cascades overnight along with a slight chance for thunderstorms(mainly for the coastal counties). The mountains may see some rain or wet snow showers late tonight into Saturday morning as well.  The weather gets more active later this weekend with a stronger system moving in Saturday night into Sunday. This will give most areas especially along and west of the Cascades the best chance for precipitation. The Cascades and other mountains may also see rain turn to wet snow during the period as well with light snow accumulations possible mainly above 5000-5500 feet. Please check back for updates and have a great weekend! Updated 7:14 PM 9/30/2016
