COOS COUNTY, Ore. – A driver was killed in a Coos County crash Wednesday night.
According to Oregon State Police, troopers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Highway 101 near Lakeside.
Investigators determined a Ford pickup truck was traveling on the highway when it left the roadway for unknown reasons and rolled over.
The driver—the only person in the vehicle—was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was eventually identified as Joey Vandenhey, 60, of Lakeside, OR.
