TSA hiring in Klamath Falls

Klamath Falls, Ore — The Transportation Security Administration is now hiring agents for the Crater Lake – Klamath Regional Airport.

The TSA is preparing to restore screening to the airport in Klamath Falls as soon as October first.

The airport has been without passenger service for nearly two years.

Airport Business Manager Linda Tepper said, “We believe the TSA is looking for somewhere between 8 to 10 part time employees to begin the passenger screening processes.”

Applicants must be U.S. citizens at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

A job forum will be held at Oregon Tech on Thursday, May 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the Mount Mazama Room.

Applicants will need to apply through the usajobs.gov website.
