Curry Co., Ore. — The Curry County Sheriff’s Office has upgraded level two evacuation orders to level three, requiring everyone in the listed zones need to leave immediately. The evacuation zones include the notice covers Gardiner Ridge Road and Cate Road past the Hazel Camp area, the Wilson Creek area, and along the Chetco River from Loeb State Park to the Wilderness Retreat area.

Residents in the Brookings and Harbor area are asked to make a plan ahead and be ready to leave.
The American Red Cross has set up a shelter at the Brookings-Harbor High School, located at 625 Pioneer Road in Brookings.
