Three people were shot, two are in critical condition. The other victim’s died.
Officers were in contact with the suspect with the hopes for a peaceful surrender. He was taken into custody sometime after 4:00 p.m.
Police said it appears the shooter a resident of the apartments.
According to the apartment building’s website, the tower is a residence for seniors.
