Phoenix, Ore. — The Fern Valley Interchange is officially open. The city of Phoenix and the Oregon Department of Transportation marked the milestone with a ribbon cutting Thursday at the Shoppes at Exit 24.
Construction started on the interchange more than two and half years ago. There are still a few things to complete but major work is finished.
