Medford, Ore. – A former South Medford High School teacher has accepted a plea deal in a case involving two underage girls.
Richard Fay has pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge, admitting he asked the girls for inappropriate pictures.
He also admitted to sexual contact with one of them.
Fay is facing more than ten years in prison.
