Kyron Hormon’s stepmother arrested on weapons charges

1205-terri-moulton-hormanPortland, Ore. – The stepmother of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman was arrested on unrelated charges for allegedly stealing a handgun Marysville, California.

Portland NBC affiliate KGW reports Terri Lynn Moulton, also known as Terri Horman is scheduled to appear in court later on in December.

In August of 2015, Terri Moulton reportedly stole a handgun from her roommate’s safe. When Moulton was contacted by police, officers said she had the stolen gun in her possession.

Moulton was charged with grand theft of a firearm, a misdemeanor. She failed to show up for an arraignment and a warrant was issued for her arrest, according to court records.

She was arrested on July 4th and released the same day from the Yuba County Jail for failure to appear. She later pleaded not guilty. A hearing is scheduled for later this month.
