Portland, Ore. — Medford-based auto retailer Lithia Motors is buying 14 acres along the Willamette River for its new Portland headquarters.
The announcement was made Friday.
Lithia beat out seven other bids for the “Terminal 1” property.

Lithia’s main headquarters will stay in Medford.
