Autopsy completed for man killed at Stop ‘N Go market in Central Point

Central Point, Ore. — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says the medical examiner completed the autopsy of shooting victim, 53-year-old Douglas Spaur, outside the Stop ‘N Go market in Central Point on Monday.

Officials say the autopsy showed that Spaur died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. 29-year-old Robert Kahlil Davies-Calhoun remains in jail for the murder and a grand jury is set to hear the case on Thursday.

Photo’s released from the Jackson County’s Sheriff’s Office (shown above) show Davies-Calhoun hanging out inside and in front of the market for a half hour before the shooting occurred. Officials say in the video, Davies-Calhoun appears to focus his attention on Spaur, who is seen arriving in his vehicle and going inside the market. The video shows Davies-Callhoun confronting Spaur with a handgun as Spaur returns to his vehicle. Officials say there is no indication that Spaur knew Davies-Calhoun.
