Medford, Ore. — Bed bugs are causing trouble at a local shelter.
People staying at the Medford Gospel Mission confirm that the shelter is dealing with an infestation of the parasites.
We contacted the Jackson County Public Health department’s Environment Services department to ask if bed bugs are becoming a bigger problem in southern Oregon, they have yet to return our calls.
Bed bugs are a nuisance and a health hazard that are extremely hard to eradicate.
