Investigators remained on scene Thursday, searching for clues in the homicide case of a Cave Junction man.
Detectives went door to door trying to learn more about how Aaron Lee Clouser was killed Tuesday night, spray paint on the ground shows were his body was found.
Theywon’t say what led them to find evidence that possibly links clouser with Michael Clyde MacDonald, a person of interest.
He was arrested Wednesday on unrelated warrants for a probation violation and dangerous drugs.
Just a short distance away from where Clouser’s body was found sits a small but growing memorial in memory of clouser.
One friend who dropped off flowers told us off camera that Clouser and MacDonald were close friends.
When we asked her if she thought mcdonald would ever do a serious crime like murder, she responded quote “not to Aaron.”
Investigators also obtained a search warrant 2 properties away from the location of of where clousers body was found, it’s unclear what if anything they found.
