Medford, Ore. — In-N-Out will meet with the City of Medford and the Oregon Department of Transportation next week to begin working on the application process.
ODOT says they do have some concerns about the potential location of the restaurant, which according to pre-application papers would be located near the intersection of highway 99 and 62.
A traffic impact study will be required and In-N-Out will have to help address and mitigate traffic concerns. In-N-Out has confirmed their interest but is still several steps away from finalizing anything.
