Oregonians allowed to pump their own gas until Tuesday evening

SALEM, Ore. – During this latest heatwave, Oregonians will be allowed to pump their own gas.

The Oregon State Fire Marshal is suspending regulations that prohibit the self-serve of gasoline at retail gas stations across the state from the evening of June 27 until the evening of June 29.

The temporary rule is similar to the temporary change during the early days of the pandemic in Oregon.

Information about the rules suspension for self-service gasoline can be found on the OSFM website.
