Without a trace… Jackson County Search and Rescue is intensifying their search for a missing Ruch woman. 43-year old Stephanie Anne Warner was last seen on July 4th… but authorities are no closer to finding her… and NBC-5’s Craig Smullin says they’re asking for your help.
