Talent, Ore.- Talent police have arrested a man who is suspected of firing multiple shots were fired into a home early Tuesday morning while a family inside slept.
Police said the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Felipe C. Villalba of Medford, fired several shots into a home in the 800 block of S Pacific Highway on December 6th. The family inside was sleeping, including three children, one of whom is just a year old.
No one inside the home was hit, however one person received minor injuries when they were hit by flying wood splinters.
On Monday, December 12, Villalba was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on charges of assault, attempted assault and the unlawful use of a weapon.
