Medford, Ore., — A massive new apartment complex is coming to the Rogue Valley, and they’re moving quickly.
Construction started in September, but the first 18 units of the Orchard Glen Estates will be ready next month.
The apartments on West Main Street in Medford will have 204 units by next year.
The first 36 only took 10 days to fill up, and 18 of them will be ready for use every 6 weeks.
All the apartments are two-bedrooms.
