Oregon shark attack victim talks publicly

Portland, Ore. — The man who survived a shark attack off the Oregon Coast talked publicly for the first time on Wednesday. 29-year-old Portland resident Joseph Tanner was surfing in the ocean north of Cannon Beach when he was attacked by a shark.

Tanner was bit on his upper thigh and lower leg. He was stabilized at the scene and transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Read more: http://bit.ly/2ebGXTE
