Medford, Ore. – Police said 25-year-old Courtney Abney showed up at his probation officer’s office on Friday as he was scheduled to do. However, officers said he may have forgotten to check his pockets and was found in the possession of methamphetamine and heroin.
Medford Police said when Abney realized the situation he was in he attempted to bribe the probation officer.
Abney was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of meth, bribe giving, and burglary.
