S. Oregon Humane Society gets $15k donation

Medford, Ore. — Southern Oregon’s homeless animals got a boost Tuesday.

The Southern Oregon Humane Society received a $15,000 check from Southern Oregon Subaru.

The money was raised during Subaru’s “Share the Love Event.”

Executive Director Karen Evans said, “$15,000 goes such a long for us. This money will save thousands of lives and will provide medical care for senior dogs and dogs that need special treatment that wouldn’t otherwise be treated so this is life saving money for us.”

The Southern Oregon Humane Society says the donation will help hundreds of animals.
