Sutherlin, Ore. (KVAL) — It’s a rubber wet-suit in women’s clothing and a blond wig, hanging from a noose fixed to a crane in Sutherlin, Oregon.
The figure, presumably a Hillary Clinton effigy, is accompanied by a “vote Trump” sign as well as a sign that references treason. Billy Pitner says he constructed it to draw attention to a crime he says Clinton has committed. “I’m allowed to have my feelings, right, wrong, or indifferent. Here you are. Got your attention, didn’t it?” said Pitner.
Pitner says a priest has requested that he take down the display.
