The meeting comes one day after the government filed charges against Enrique Marquez, the man who bought two of the four guns used in the attack.
He’s charged with helping Syed Farook plot earlier attacks in 2011 that never happened.
The San Bernardino investigation is ongoing.
“Untangling the motivations of which particular terrorist propaganda motivated them and in what ways remains a challenge in these investigations,” FBI Director James Comey said Thursday.
The FBI is also trying to figure out what the shooters were doing in the hours after the attack, before they were killed.
