Tacoma, Wash. – A Washington State Patrol trooper got quite the surprise when he pulled over one driver near Tacoma.
Early Friday morning, a trooper spotted a vehicle driving in the carpool lane traveling 81 mph.
Once the vehicle was stopped, the trooper noticed the passenger was actually a realistic mannequin.
WSP said “In case you didn’t know… this doesn’t qualify for HOV lanes!”
At least she was buckled up.
