Women’s leadership conference held in Medford

Medford, Ore. — With the idea of community in mind, nearly 400 women attended a women’s leadership conference in Medford on Friday.

Organizers say participants came to the Inn at the Commons from all walks of life — whether business CEO’s, teachers, or stay-at-home moms.

The conference is meant to help all of these women find strategies to achieve their life goals and strengthen their work and community.

Jodi Rasor, President, Conference Chair of the 2016 Women’s Leadership Conference said, “How can we raise up each other up to achieve goals? It is a women’s leadership conference, but it really relates to leadership topics that are gender neutral as well.”

The conference cost $75 and there will be quarterly inter-session events.
