Actor Tom Hanks used his 10.4 million twitter followers to help a college student who lost her ID.
The actor tweeted a photo on Tuesday of a Fordham University student’s ID card with the caption, “Lauren, I found your student ID in the park. If you still need it my office will get to you. -Hanx”.

The filmstar was nice enough to cover Lauren’s last name before he sent the tweet.
It was retweeted more than 5,000 times. Someone who knows Lauren say she is aware of the tweet and is getting her card back.
Fordham students hope she gets a face to face with the Oscar winner.
