Jackson County, Ore. – A head-on crash sent a mother and three children to the hospital on Friday night.
Multiple agencies responded to the collision on Highway 238 near the Applegate just after 4:00 p.m.
Crews on scene say a Black Subaru crossed the center line and hit the Toyota the family was driving.
The driver of the Subaru was flown to a hospital by helicopter.
