Josephine County, Ore. – Firefighters and paramedics responded to a single vehicle crash near Fish Hatchery and New Hope Roads in Josephine County around 9:30 Tuesday morning.
Rural Metro Fire said when crews were driving toward the scene they were notified a dog that was inside the vehicle at the time of the crash was missing. They happened to see the dog running down the road and picked it up.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital and reunited with her dog.
