Grants Pass, Ore. – A vehicle crash closed the southbound lanes and the northbound fast lane of U.S. 199, also known as Redwood Highway, in Grants Pass on Tuesday evening.
According to the Oregon Department of Transportation, the two vehicle accident occurred at milepost 1.24, near Allen Creek Road. Southbound traffic was detoured onto Redwood Avenue.
The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety said the lanes were expected to remain closed until approximately 6:15 p.m.
