Alleged Vancouver drug dealer arrested twice in the same month

1117-clark-county-evidenceVancouver, Wash. – According to the Vancouver Police Department, officers arrested 44-year-old Brian Burke on November 2nd after he was found with seven firearms, around 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, and over 1 ounce of heroin. He was also in the possession of over $8,000 along with scales and packaging materials related to drug distribution.

Police said Burke was booked into the Clark County Jail on twelve felony counts. He later bailed out on the listed charges.

Officers said Burke was arrested again on November 17th at the same residence where he was originally taken into custody.

During a search of the property, police said around 2 pounds of methamphetamine was found in Burke’s room. He was taken to the Clark County Jail and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance.

Police add Burke’s residence is only blocks from Image Elementary.
