MEDFORD, Ore. – E. coli is back in the Rogue Valley with at least 15 people in Jackson County contracting a harmful strain of the bacteria.

Jackson County Public Health says 10 of the 15 sick people are currently in the hospital.

The source of the outbreak is under investigation.

If you experience the most obvious symptoms—extreme or bloody diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea—you should visit your doctor as soon as possible.
