The national weather service has issued a flood watch for northern California and southern Oregon.
The watch goes into effect Sunday morning for Curry, Josephine and Siskiyou counties and will last throughout Monday morning.
The national weather service says heavy rain combined with snow melt off could contribute to small stream and creek flooding and possibly urban flooding.
