Bend, Ore. — A former nurse from Sky Lakes Medical Center is now serving a prison term for killing her grandmother.
45-year-old Angela Christine Judd pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter as part of a negotiated agreement on Thursday.
Judd confessed to a case worker that she smothered 92-year-old Nada Bodholdt to death with a pillow on New Year’s Eve of 2015.
Judd was sentenced to 75 months in prison last week in Deschutes County Court.
