Klamath Falls, Ore. — Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah faces additional restrictions to prohibit him from going on patrol.
Sheriff Skrah was booked on 9 criminal misdemeanor charges last fall.
One of the conditions of Skrah’s release agreement was that he would not go on any patrols.
A motion was filed Monday claiming that Skrah had violated that condition by going on patrol in late July.
A judge signed a modification of Skrah’s release agreement Wednesday. Under that agreement, Skrah cannot leave the Sheriff’s Office except for meetings, community functions, and personal matters. In addition, Skrah can only drive his personal vehicle.
Skrah is scheduled to be arraigned on violating his release agreement next week.
