Grants Pass, Ore. — According to a recent study by the National Insurance Crime Bureau, Grants Pass has the highest rate of stolen vehicles per-capita in the state for 2015.
Although the town only had 362 cars stolen, the rate was higher than any other city in the state.
Portland ranked second and Medford came in fourth.
Nationally, Grants Pass ranked 27th, with Modesto, California taking the top spot.
