In N Out opening day

Medford, Ore. —  The wait is finally over!  Medford made fast food history today as it officially became the 304th In-N-Out Burger location with Oregon becoming the 6th state to welcome the popular burger chain.

Dozens of burger lovers flooded Medford’s In-N-Out restaurant just moments after a ceremonial ribbon cutting.  President and granddaughter of the founder Lyndsi Snyder took center stage to welcome the eager customers before 9 am.

“We definitely heard from the customers loud and clear that Oregon is a state that they would like to have us in,” says Snyder.

And patrons say it was worth the wait as many of them waited overnight to be sure they got a burger on opening day.

“It’s pretty exciting,” says Bend resident Danise Lee.  “We have been waiting for In-N-Outto come to oregon for a really long time.”

With the wait finally over and the grill fired up, the orders poured in.  Even the company’s president herself couldn’t resist her family’s signature food.
“If I’m just going for it, I would get a double meat with extra spread pickles and chopped chilies,” says Snyder.
