Jackson County, Ore. — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is always looking for new recruits, and veterans are especially encouraged to apply.
JCSO said they’ve been approved for the on-the-job training program which allows for G.I. Bill training benefits for those who are qualified. That means qualified applicants could earn up to $20,000 over the 18-month probationary period in addition to a salary.
