Miranda Senters commutes to work on I-5 every day, but on Tuesday morning, a driver blocked her in.

“He kept passing me and slowing down and speeding up slowing down speeding up,” Senters said.

She said that’s when the driver pulled out a green laser.

“I never would’ve ever thought that driving to Portland I would have a light shined in my eyes,” she said.

The laser made her lose control.

“He hit directly in the middle of my eye and everything went black,” Senters said. “At the beginning it was like, ‘Oh my God, my car is spinning. I really just hope no one hits me.’ And then he hit me and that was when I was like, ‘Oh my God I just got hit.'”

he driver’s car hit her vehicle twice.

“Never even slowed down, never stopped, nothing,” Senters said.
