Medford, Ore. — A 65-year-old man is in critical condition tonight after he was hit by a car while walking in the North Medford Walmart parking lot.
Medford Police said it happened around 10:30 Tuesday morning.
Detectives and the Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction (STAR) team were still on scene hours afterward.
According to police, the female driver was not under the influence.
She has not been charged with anything yet but the case is being sent to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office for review.
