Residents in Ashland could soon lower their water bills, thanks to a new rule passed by the Oregon Department of Environmental quality.
The savings would come to homeowners who want to install new plumbing that would take water from showers, bathroom sinks, and washing machines to residents yards to water plants.
The city will host a water re-use forum with more information Saturday morning at 10 AM at SOU.
