18-year-old ‘alleged victim number one’ gave emotional, raw testimony Tuesday.
Sandusky watched and listened, observers say without emotion as his accuser told the jury: “At first he would kiss me on the forehead goodnight. Then it was kissing me on the cheek, then rubbing my back…”
He said Sandusky’s roaming hands rubbed underneath his shorts
Former Penn State assistant football coach Mike McQueary also testified Tuesday,telling jurors he saw and heard Sandusky in a locker room shower having sex with a young boy in 2001.
McQueary says he reported the incident to top Penn State officials but not to the police.
Prosecutors made new allegations Tuesday that a Penn State administrator kept a file about reports of Sandusky’s alleged activities.
Prosecutors say Gary Schultz, a former Penn State Vice President, initially withheld the file during the investigation.
They say e-mails contradict what Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley told a grand jury.
Both men have pleaded not guilty to charges of perjury.
