Ashland, Ore. — An Ashland man who stumbled into his wife having sex with another man is headed to prison for attempted assault.
Ben Williamson was sentenced to five years today after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.
Back in November, Williamson stabbed Sean Gardner after catching Gardner having sex with his wife at their Ashland home.
Williamson was originally indicted for attempted murder and multiple counts of assault.
His attorney tells NBC5 News that his client quote ‘lost it’ and from the beginning wanted to take responsibility for his actions.
