Brookings, Ore. — Brookings police are looking for a Harbor man they say caused two accidents on Wednesday.
Police say a Toyota 4Runner collided with a white van near Highway 101 and North Bank Chetco River Road.
The 4Runner then fled up North Bank road before losing control, leading to a rollover accident near Ferry Creek Heights Road.
Two men in the 4Runner fled the scene and were not found. The driver is identified as 33-year-old Donald Eugene Phillips. The passenger is still not identified.
If you have any information leading to an arrest you may be eligible for a reward.
