Chiloquin man in jail for hitting a women in the head with a hammer

Klamath Falls, Ore. — A Chiloquin man accused of hitting a 56 year old woman two times in the head with a hammer is in jail tonight. 29 year old Craig Anthony Jackson was arraigned Wednesday on a charge of second degree assault.

Sheriff Frank Skrah from the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office said, and the excuse was, that either he was drunk, or she was drunk, or they were both drunk. Well quite frankly, I don’t give a damn. Nobody, nobody deserves to be hit in the head with a hammer. Period.”

Jackson is currently on probation for unlawful use of a weapon. Those charges stem from an incident in 2012, in which Jackson stabbed a man in the back 4 times.
