Ashland, Ore. — Faculty at Southern Oregon University have a new contract. The SOU board of trustees settled negotiations during their meeting Friday and the faculty ratified the deal later that day.
The deal includes a three year contract an incremental cost of living hike and increased funding for professional development. The health care plan remains unchanged.
The board also approved a 3 percent cost of living adjustment for President Roy Saigo.
