Coos Bay Police are looking for the public’s help… after they say they found improvised explosive devices, guns, and drugs at a local man’s home. That man – Jay Yarbrough is on the run from police tonight… after checking himself out of intensive care. They say anyone who sees him should use extreme caution. NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports.
