MOUNT HEBRON, Calif. — A Klamath Falls man is dead after a crash on Highway 97 south of Dorris, California just before 2 p.m. Friday.
California Highway Patrol says that the motorcyclist, a 67-year-old male, and a UPS driver in a company pickup collided on Highway 97 just north of Ball Mountain Road outside of Mount Hebron.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, despite life-saving efforts.
CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
